These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YAMIHO's website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 All purchases made through the Service are subject to product availability. We may, in our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
3. Returns and Exchanges
3.1 We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

4.1 The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YAMIHO and its licensors.
